An Endorsement That Sets Us Apart

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Established leaders in Montpelier don’t always weigh in during primaries, especially in a 13-way race like ours. That is why I’m even more honored and excited to announce the endorsement and support of Senate Majority Leader Becca Balint! In addition to breaking barriers as the first openly gay woman to serve in the State Senate and one of the first women to serve in Senate leadership, Becca is a champion for choice, paid family leave, equal pay, and renewable energy. She is a tremendous inspiration, and we are so privileged to have her on Team Kesha!

The Vermont Squad is forming, folks! It’s a new day when the first openly gay woman in the Senate is supporting the election of the first woman of color to the Senate. We are ready to make our government more reflective of the diversity of perspectives, lived experiences, and identities in our communities. With just over a month to go until the August 11 Primary, now is the time to lend your support! Please contribute what you can and sign up to make phone calls and spread the word

With Becca on our team, and with your help, together we can move Vermont forward!

All the best,
